Meet Nick.

What this company is built on, in one line.

Nick Leyva's friends make fun of him for being a water snob. Then they come to his house, drink a glass of water, and start asking questions. He has had a reverse osmosis system for five years now, and people who have been over once will text him out of the blue asking if they can swing by and fill up a water bottle. He always says yes.

He came to this the long way around. Nick started out in software and spent years watching people build successful companies while their families came apart at home. That bothered him enough that he went back to school to study marriage, family and human development, and it was there that the pieces fit together. Physical health, mental health, the things that actually determine how a person functions, all trace back to a short list of inputs. Food. Sleep. Sun. Movement. Water. Most people have some control over four of those and assume the fifth is simply whatever comes out of the tap. That last assumption is the one Nick wants to take apart. He has spent years researching it, put it to work in his own home, and sent more people links to the exact filter and softener he uses than he can count. There was a stretch where he genuinely wondered whether he had picked the wrong career and should have become a plumber, just so he could do this for people properly.

What he brings besides conviction is a track record of running things well. He has led an organization of more than a hundred people, and he is the kind of operator who shows up when he said he would and holds himself to what he told you. He would rather work on something physical, in the place he lives, where he can look the customer in the eye and see the difference it made. Ask him what he is actually after and it is not about water at all. Across everything he does, the goal is to reach a million families and leave them stronger than he found them.
